Welcome to JinRoop. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
JinRoop is a Jain devotional wallpaper application that delivers time-based daily darshan wallpapers. The App provides AI-generated wallpapers with devotional quotes in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, following traditional temple darshan timings.
2. Account Registration
You may use the App as a guest without creating an account. To access premium features and personalization, you can create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Free and Premium Services
Free Tier
The free version of JinRoop includes daily darshan wallpapers across 4 time-based slots, 3 language support, saving wallpapers to gallery, and sharing functionality.
Premium Subscription
Premium features include name personalization on wallpapers, 4K HD quality without watermarks, auto-set wallpaper functionality, unlimited favorites, and festival special packs. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's app store settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the App without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Use automated means to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including AI-generated wallpapers, quotes, designs, and the JinRoop brand — is owned by JinRoop or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., as your phone wallpaper or sharing with family).
6. AI-Generated Content
Wallpapers and quotes in JinRoop are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all Jain devotional content, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. We welcome feedback to improve content quality.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JinRoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device issues from wallpaper auto-set features, or subscription billing disputes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@jinroop.jinraag.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
